RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

ANUSHKA GEMS AND JEWELLERY is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our Website. However, if you are not happy with the product, you can choose to return the order in accordance with the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

72 hours Return Policy for Domestic orders only. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGE FOR ANY REASON.
In the unlikely event that the order delivered is in damaged condition, or you have changed your mind about the product - you can return the product  that is not from Non-Returnable Product Categories, unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you. Anushka Gems & Jewellery reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. 

To initiate a return, please contact us through our official contact page within 72 hours of delivery. Our team will assist you with the return or replacement process.

International Orders
NOTE: In case of international orders, we do not currently accept any returns exchanges of our products. In case a defective product has been received, you are required to report the defect within 72 hours of receipt of the product by writing to us on contact@kimberleyjewels.com international customers can also reach out to us on WhatsApp +919987968794 In case the order is not accepted by the customer and is returned to origin, freight charges and import duty will be levied to the customer.
